ESTABLISHMENT AND OPERATION OF A STATE-OF-THE-ART EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTE ON A GROSS REVENUE-SHARING IN SECTOR 25-B, SCHEME-33, KARACHI. Earnest Money: Bid Security (Rs. 2.0 Million) in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Bank Draft in favor of FGEHA 1. Procurement is based under Single Stage Two Envelope (SSTE) bidding procedure. The bidders providing fake, forged, unsubstantiated and false information shall be liable to legal actions i.e disqualification and blacklisting etc. 13. The offered Gross Revenue Share shall be exclusive of taxes payable by the bidder. All applicable taxes, duties and statutory charges shall be borne by the bidder. 14.
