Editorial & Sourcing Policy
TenderPK is an independent tender discovery service. This page explains where our information comes from and what you can and cannot rely on it for.
What TenderPK is, and is not
TenderPK is a directory of public procurement notices. We are nota government body, we are not affiliated with PPRA or any procuring agency, and we do not accept bids on anyone's behalf. Bids are submitted to the procuring agency, following its bidding document.
Where our tender information comes from
Notices are collected automatically from official procurement portals: the Federal PPRA portal, and the Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan portals. Each tender page names the source and, where one exists, links to the original notice on the official portal. Where a notice includes a PDF or text, we show it as published.
What we do and do not verify
Information is taken from the source as published. Dates, agency names and reference numbers are copied or derived from the source record, and we classify tenders by location and subject using automated rules, which can occasionally be wrong. We do not independently verify that a notice is genuine, complete or still open beyond what the source shows. Always confirm important details with the procuring agency and use the official bidding document before you bid.
How we show status and deadlines
A tender is shown as open until its closing date passes, using Pakistan time. If the portal record and the notice itself give different closing dates, we say so on the tender page. If an agency issues a corrigendum and we have recorded it, we show it with the tender.
Corrections
If you find an error, such as a wrong date, agency, location or a notice that was withdrawn, please tell us through the contact page, with the link to the tender and what is wrong. We check the source and correct our record where the source supports the change. If the error originates in the official notice, the agency is the one that can correct it.
Guides and educational content
Our guides and glossary are general information, not legal or procurement advice. Where we cite a rule we name the source, and each page shows when it was last updated. Procurement rules differ by federal and provincial authority and change over time, and the bidding document for a tender always governs.
Advertising and independence
TenderPK may show advertising. Advertisers do not influence which tenders are listed or how they are ordered.
