• To provide and operate the Service, including search, saved tenders, and email alerts.
• To send tender alert emails that you explicitly subscribed to.
• To respond to support enquiries and feedback.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive activity.
• To analyse aggregate usage patterns and improve the Service.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your account data is stored securely in Supabase, a PostgreSQL-based cloud database with encryption at rest and in transit. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth, which uses industry-standard bcrypt password hashing.

While we take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, no internet transmission is completely secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.

If you subscribe to tender alerts, we will send you emails matching your saved filters. You can cancel any alert subscription at any time from your Dashboard, or by contacting us.

We may occasionally send transactional emails (password reset, account confirmation). These are not marketing emails and cannot be opted out of while you maintain an active account.

We use the following third-party services to operate TenderPK:

• Supabase — database and authentication (supabase.com/privacy)
• Vercel — website hosting and edge delivery (vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy)
• Resend — transactional email delivery (resend.com/legal/privacy-policy)

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. TenderPK only shares the minimum data required for each service to function.

TenderPK uses only functional cookies necessary for authentication (session token). We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels, or any third-party analytics that track individuals across websites.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so will prevent you from logging in to your account.

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Update your name or email via your account profile.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data. Contact us to initiate this.
• Portability: Request your alert subscriptions and saved tender list in a machine-readable format.

We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days. Aggregate, anonymised usage logs may be retained longer for product improvement purposes.

TenderPK is a professional procurement tool intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
