NTN (National Tax Number)
The National Tax Number (NTN) is the identification number the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) assigns to a taxpayer, whether an individual, a firm or a company.
Bidding documents commonly ask for the bidder's NTN and may also require proof of tax-filer status. The exact tax documents a tender requires are listed in its bidding document.
