Whereas, “The Procuring Agency shall require the bidders to furnish a fixed amount of bid security not exceeding five percent of the estimated value of procurement determined by the procuring agency” as required under amendment in SPP Rules, 2010 vide SGA&CD Notification No. SORI (SGA&CD)2-30/2010(5-13/P-II) dated 25.10.2025. Procuring agency is required to rectify the infirmity…………. 3. Only English language newspaper clipping of NIT posted on E-PADs. PA is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT published in leading dailies of English, Urdu and Sindh languages in terms of Rule-17(1A) & (2) of SPP Rules, 2010…………. 4. Procuring Agency has posted unreadable copy of NIT published in English language newspaper. PA is required to upload readable / legible copy of newspaper clipping of NIT published in English language newspaper’s in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010. 5.
