P.A has advised to upload a singed copy of Annual Procurement Plan which is required in terms of Rule 11 of SPP Rule 2010. Procuring Agency has not uploaded Notification of Procurement Committee. P.A has advised to upload notification of Procurement committee (PC) which is required in terms of Rule 07 of SPP Rules 2010. Procuring Agency has not uploaded Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee. P.A has advised to upload notification of Complaint Redressal committee (CRC) which is required in terms of Rule-31 of SPP Rules 2010. Bidding documents do not contain Integrity pact which is required in terms of Rule-21(n) read with Rule-89 of Sindh Public Procurement Rules, 2010 (Amended 2017) Rules-2010 (Amended-2019. The Procuring Agency has not mentioned the date of bid opening in Bid Data sheet. P.A is required to rectify. Procuring Agency is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading B.Ds from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010 Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft.
