(1) Bidding documents are not signed, P.A is required to Upload signed bidding documents (2) The Procuring Agency has mentioned in the NIT that “From the date of publication up to 11.05.2026 whereas the NIT hoisted/posted on the EPADS website on 07.05.2026 as per the defined response time is only 5 days. Procuring Agency is required to rectify the infirmity at the earliest to ensure compliance of Rule-17(3)(c) and Rule-2(1)(eee). and extend the response time accordingly (3) The Procuring Agency is required to upload newspaper clippings of the NIT published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu, and Sindhi languages.
