As Per Preliminary Assessments EPADS-S-250492091 (Amount 5.86 million) Tender Reference NO. D&SC-South Tender/Furniture/2024-2025/2 Department Name: District & Session Court Karachi South PA has not uploaded the Integrity Pact as per Rule-89 of SPPRA Rules, 2010, the same may be uploaded prior to opening. Procuring Agency has not mentioned period of years amount of turnover which is required in terms of Rule-46(1)(a)(ii) of SPP Rules, 2010 prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. The letter may be downloaded from the website (http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf). It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
