Tender Information Tender Type Tender Notice Tender No / Reference No / Tender Inquiry No F.23-1/2025-IDSRS-NIH Procurement Category Works Procurement Procedure Single Stage-One Envelope Sector Civil Works Tender Nature Local Description Request for Financial Quotation through a restricted Call-Off / Mini-Competition among pre-qualified firms under Rule 16(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, for turnkey upgradation and renovation of Public Health Laboratories at Chillas, Skardu and Gilgit, Gilgit-Baltistan. The procurement comprises One (01) indivisible Lot covering all three Sites and shall be awarded to a single successful bidder. Financial Quotations shall be submitted with item-wise priced BOQs for all three Sites in accordance with the bidding documents, scope of work, specifications, drawings/layouts and additional terms & conditions uploaded on EPADS. Note Call-Off / Mini-Competition among Pre-Qualified Firms under PPRA Rule 16(a) – Financial Quotations Only Remarks Restricted Call-Off / Mini-Competition under Rule 16(a) of the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, exclusively among pre-qualified firms. Financial Quotations only are invited for One (01) indivisible Lot comprising Chillas, Skardu and Gilgit. The uploaded Financial RFQ, BOQs, drawings/layouts and Additional Terms & Conditions shall form an integral part of the Bidding Document and shall be read in conjunction with the applicable EPADS Standard Bidding Document, GCC and SCC.
