The work shall include raising and reinforcing the roof with suitable insulation and weatherproofing; providing secure instrument mounting frames with vibration isolation and stabilization arrangements; installing an air-conditioning system with indoor and outdoor units; and supplying and installing a suitably rated generator, inverter with battery backup, and complete electrical distribution, protection, earthing and cable management systems. The modifications shall also provide suitable sampling inlet openings, ventilation, maintenance access and safe routing of generator exhaust away from the sampling inlets, including all associated fabrication, installation, testing and commissioning.
