Whereas, “The Procuring Agency shall require the bidders to furnish a fixed amount of bid security not exceeding five percent of the estimated value of procurement determined by the procuring agency” as required under amendment in SPP Rules, 2010 vide SGA&CD Notification No. SORI (SGA&CD)2-30/2010(5-13/P-II) dated 25.10.2025. Procuring agency is required to rectify the infirmity............. 2. The procuring agency has included specific brand names, model numbers, or catalog numbers without mentioning the words “Or equivalent” with multiple items which is a violation of Rule-13(1) of SPP Rules, 2010............ 3. Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that firm has never been blacklisted by any government, semi government. PA may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition.............. 4.
