(1) The bidding documents do not contain amount and manner of payment of performance security required in terms of Rule-21(1)(d) of SPP Rules, 2010. Before proceeding further procuring agency is required to upload bidding documents and extend the response time accordingly.
(2) The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred.
(3) The Procuring Agency is required to upload newspaper clippings of the NIT published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu, and Sindhi languages.
(4) The Procuring agency has not Uploaded the CRC and the P,.C Notification which is the violation of Rule-7 & Rule-31 of SPP Rules, PA is required to prior to opening of bids.
(5) P.A has not attached the Clear BOQ of the civil works, of Sr. NO.08-15 are required to be upload in the Bidding documents.
