(1) The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred (2) The Procuring agency has not uploaded the Notification of the Procurement Committee along with the NIT. The Procuring Agency is required to upload the Notification of the Procurement Committee in terms of Rule-7 of the SPP Rules, 2010. (3) The Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee (CRC) is also not uploaded. The Procuring Agency is required to upload the Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee in terms of Rule-31 of the SPP Rules, 2010. (4) Procuring Agency has asked for an affidavit that non-blacklisting of bidding firm by Gov't, Semi-Gov't, non-govt autonomous bodies, etc. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and the current status of that firm is delisted, then such a firm may be allowed for competition.
