i. 5% of quoted amount has been specified as the bid security. However, in accordance with Rule-37(1) of SPP Rules as amended vide notification dated 25.08.2025, the bid security shall be a fixed amount which shall not exceed 5% of the estimated value of procurement. P.A is required to rectify the same. ii. Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that firm should never been blacklisted by the Government Department. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition. iii. Procuring Agency is required to upload the notification of Complaint Redressal Committee (CRC) in terms of Rule-31(2) of SPP Rules, 2010. iv. The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/ bidder/ contractor is not blacklisted or debarred. v. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges.
