i. As per para 2.16(iv) of SPPRA Regulations for procurement of works circulated vide Notification no.DD (HRF&CB)/SPPRA/22-23/0942 dated 10th April, 2023; relevant experience of similar nature of works (at least one work of 80% of the estimated cost OR two works of 50% of the estimated cost) executed during last five years is required. Whereas, the procuring agency has required experience of three years only, PA is required to rectify the same. ii. PA has not uploaded notification of Procurement committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest/ prior to opening of bids. iii. PA has not uploaded notification of Complaint Redressal Committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest. iv. PA has not uploaded signed copy of annual procurement plan on the website. PA is required to upload the same. vi. Procuring agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner.
