Preliminary Assessment /Observations/Findings: i. (PA) has uploaded the Notice Inviting Tender (NIT) for four separate works. However, the Bill of Quantity (BoQ) has been uploaded for only one work, PA is required to upload the BoQs for the remaining three works and extension of the bid submission deadline. ii. The procuring agency is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading Bidding documents from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010. iii. The procuring agency is required to pay NIT hoisting charges in accordance with this authority’s letter dated: 18-05-2018 available on the following link of the authority’s website http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf. iv. It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
