EPADS-S-250261440 RAPID RESPONSE FORCE CROWD MANAGEMENT UNIT HYDERABAD AMOUNTING TO RS. 2.00 MILLION WORK: - REPAIR OF BARRACK NO. 1 BLOCK-C AT RAPID RESPONSE FORCE/CMU HYDERABAD Procuring Agency has not uploaded the following documents in connection with their NIT published on 02-02-2025 on EPADS:- Procuring Agency has mentioned the date of submission & opening in Bidding Documents as 10-02-2025 whereas in NIT 17-02-2025 at 11.00 AM to 12.30 PM, clarification is required regarding the date of opening. The bids are required to be opened within one hour of deadline of submission, whereas, in the instant case the gap between the submission and opening of bids is more than one hour, which is violation of Rule-41(3). Procuring Agency has not mentioned annual turnover, procuring Agency is required to mentioned annual turnover in terms of Rule-46(1)(a). Procuring Agency is required to extend the response time accordingly. Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that firm is not blacklisted. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition Procuring Agency has not uploaded the above mandatory requirement of NIT, the same may be uploaded prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency is required to pay web hosting charges. The procuring agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Circular No.SO (C-IV) SGA&CD/4-13/6 dated 20th April, 2017. Procuring Agency (P.A) is required to rectify the observation generated by the system.
