PA has not uploaded the Annul Procurement Plan in bidding documents. PA is advise to upload APP on EPADS prior opening of bids.
Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that firm should never been blacklisted by the Government Department. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition.
PA has not uploaded notification of Procurement committee, Complaint Redressal committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest/ prior to opening of bids.
Procuring Agency is advised to rectify the infirmities generated by system.
