The Experience & turn over required by the PA is not accordance with SPPRA notification No.DD(HRF&CB)/SPPRA/2022-23 according to which para 2.16(iv) of guideline of sppra for procurement of works / goods average annual financial turn over not less than equivalent cost of the work during last five years & experience of similar nature of work ( at least one work of 80 % of the estimated cost or two works of 50% of the estimated cost ) executed last five years is required .same is missing from criteria PA has not uploaded notification of Procurement committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest/ prior to opening of bids. PA has not uploaded notification of Complaint Redressal Committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest PA is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges System generated observations Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify observations mentioned above in timely manner
