The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu and Sindhi languages in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010, & Rule 18 (para-2) ,prior to opening of bids. 3. PA is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017. 4.
