XEN Education Works Division Ghotki The Procuring Agency has uploaded corrigendum with NIT on 04/03/2025 vide letter No: TC/EWDG/2250/2025 Ghotki Dated 27/02/2025, NIT Reference No, EE/EWD/TC/2205 of 2025. Wherein the change of Submission & Bid opening date i.e. 20/03/2025 (11:00 A.M) instead of 13/03/2025 (11:00 AM). But P.A has not uploaded Published copies of corrigendum. P.A is required to upload corrigendum in three leading newspaper in terms of Rule-21(2) of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Annual Procurement Plan. P.A has advised to upload a singed copy of Annual Procurement Plan which is required in terms of Rule-11 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. P.A is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in a dailies of English Urdu & Sindhi languages newspaper in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010, prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Notification of Procurement Committee (PC). P.A has advised to upload a Notification of Procurement which is required in terms of Rule-7 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Notification of Compliant Redressal Committee (CRC). P.A has advised to upload a Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee which is required in terms of Rule-31 of SPP Rules 2010. Prior to opening of bids. Bid data sheet envisage two different types of contract i.e. Fixed Price contract and Price adjustment contract. The P.A is required to choose any one Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. The letter may be downloaded from the website (http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf). It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
