Preliminary Assessment / Observations / Findings: EPADS-S-250603002 Dawood University of Engineering & Technology Karachi RENOVATION OF 1ST FLOOR TOILET AT ELECTRONIC WING BUILDING JINNAH CAMPUS Procuring Agency has required to upload NIT published in three leading and widely circulated dailies English, Urdu and Sindhi language newspaper in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010. Procuring Agency has uploaded Annual Procurement Plan as per Rule-11 of the SPPRA Rules, 2010, but the same scheme is not covered under it, same scheme may be included, prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency has uploaded unsigned copy of bidding documents. P.A. is advised to upload signed copy of bidding document by head of Procuring Agency as per Rule-24(2). The Procuring Agency (PA) is advised to rectify the infirmities generated by system. Procuring Agency is required to pay web-hosting charges. Procuring Agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner.
