PA is required to upload the same. PA has not uploaded notification of Procurement committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest/ prior to opening of bids. PA has not uploaded notification of Complaint Redressal Committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest. Bidding Documents consists of only BoQ and Data sheet. The bidding documents do not contain letter of invitation for bids Instruction for preparing bids, Conditions of the contract (General/Special) in terms of Rule-21(1) and detailed and unambiguous evaluation criteria required in terms of Rule-21(1)(h) and 21(A) of SPP Rules, 2010. The procuring agency is required to rectify the above infirmity and extend the response time accordingly.
