Preliminary Assessment / Observations / Findings: EPADS-S-250161368 Director (Works & Services), Dow University of Health Sciences Karachi R&M For Air Conditioning, Operation, R&M Of Package Units And Operation, R&M Of Central Hvac (Ref No: Duhs/W&S-Nit/173) Procuring Agency has asked Affidavit of firm that it is not blacklisted. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition. PA has not uploaded the Annul Procurement Plan in bidding documents. PA is advise to upload APP on EPADS prior opening of bids. PA has not uploaded notification of Procurement Committee/Complaint Redressal Committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest/ prior to opening of bids. PA is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading B.Ds from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010.
