(1) Original purchase receipt has been asked as mandatory requirement for evaluation. Justification is required that if a bidder submit his bid by downloading the bidding documents from SPPRA website as mentioned at Rule-24(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 then how he provided original purchase receipt. (2) The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in at widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu & Sindhi languages in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010. (3) P.A has not uploaded copy of NIT in compliance of Rule-17 of SPP Rules, 2010 (4) P.A has not uploaded notification of Procurement Committee in compliance of Rule-7 and CRC in compliance of Rule-31 (5) Procuring Agency has not upload signed copy of procurement plan, which is required to be uploaded as per Rule-11(3) of the SPP Rules, 2010. (6) PA is required to pay web-hosting charges. (7) PA is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017.
