Procuring Agency has not uploaded the following documents in connection with their NIT published on 14-10-2024 on EPADS:-
i) Annual Procurement Plan as per Rule-11 of SPPRA Rules, 2010
ii) Procurement Committee Notification as per Rule-7&8 of SPPRA Rules, 2010
iii) Complaint Redressal Committee as per Rule-31 of SPPRA Rules, 2010
iv) PA is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT published in widely circulated at least three leading daily of Urdu and Sindhi language in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010, PA is required to upload copy of Sindhi Language Newspaper prior to opening of bids.
v) Procuring Agency has uploaded unsigned copy of bidding documents. P.A. is advised to upload signed copy of bidding document by head of Procuring Agency as per Rule-24(2).
vi) Procuring Agency has not uploaded the above mandatory requirement of NIT, the same may be uploaded prior to opening of bids.
vi) The Procuring Agency is required to pay web hosting charges.
vii) The procuring agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Circular No.SO (C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/6 dated 20th April, 2017.
Procuring Agency (P.A) is required to rectify the observation generated by the system.
