Where as at the P.A has mentioned at the Sr, 3. Qualification: (Mandatory Requirement): Possess technical experience of carrying out (5) similar nature of repairing works along-with its completion reports, completed during last three years (from-July 2022 to June 2025). & At least one similar nature work having minimum cost 80% of the estimated cost of the work or at least two similar nature work having minimum 50% of the estimated cost. P.A has inserted the requirement for the scope of works; rectification is Required. (3) The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred
