The bidding documents do not contain amount and manner of payment of performance security required in terms of Rule-21(1)(d) read with Rule-39 of SPP Rules, 2010………… 2. Procuring Agency has asked bid security 5% of quoted bid price. Whereas, “The Procuring Agency shall require the bidders to furnish a fixed amount of bid security not exceeding five percent of the estimated value of procurement determined by the procuring agency” as required under amendment in SPP Rules, 2010 vide SGA&CD Notification No. SORI (SGA&CD)2-30/2010(5-13/P-II) dated 25.10.2025. Procuring agency is required to rectify the infirmity……… 3. Bid data sheet envisage two different types of contract i.e. Fixed Price contract and Price adjustment contract.
