(1) Bidding Documents consists of only BoQ but P.A has uploaded the Data sheet, bids Instruction for preparing bids, Conditions of the contract (General/Special) in terms of Rule-21(1) and detailed and unambiguous evaluation criteria required in terms of Rule-21(1)(h) and 21(A) of SPP Rules, 2010. The procuring agency is required to rectify the above infirmity and extend the response time accordingly. (2) The bidding documents do not contain amount and manner of payment of performance security required in terms of Rule-21(1)(d) of SPP Rules, 2010. Before proceeding further procuring agency is required to upload bidding documents and extend the response time accordingly. (3) Procuring Agency has not upload a copy of procurement plan, which is required to be uploaded as per Rule-11(3) of the SPP Rules, 2010.
