PA has not uploaded notification of Complaint Redressal Committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest. The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu and Sindhi languages in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010, & Rule 18 (para-2) ,prior to opening of bids.
