P.A. is advised to upload signed copy of bidding document by head of Procuring Agency as per Rule-24(2). PA has not uploaded the Integrity Pact as per Rule-89 of SPPRA Rules, 2010, the same may be uploaded prior to opening. The Procuring Agency (PA) is advised to rectify the infirmities generated by system. Procuring Agency is required to pay web-hosting charges. Procuring Agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner.
