(1) The P.A has asked Bid Security in the shape of 'Pay Order' only, which is against the provision of Rule-37 of SPP Rules (read with policy instructions of SPPRA circulated vide letter No:MD/SPPRA/2025-26 dated 11.05.2026) according to which; P.A has to specify all permissible forms of bid security and bidder(s) have their discretion to submit their bid security in any one of form as prescribe in Rule-37(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 (2) As per estimated cost, the NIT is required to be Published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu and Sindhi languages in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010.
