Preliminary Assessment / Observations / Findings: EPADS-S-241241039 PA has not uploaded the Annul Procurement Plan in bidding documents. PA is advise to upload APP on EPADS prior opening of bids. PA has not uploaded notification of Procurement Committee/Complaint Redressal Committee, which is required to be uploaded at the earliest/ prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency has asked Affidavit of firm that it is not blacklisted. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition. Procuring Agency has uploaded Corrigendum vide letter No. DUHS/DP/2024/300-CORR-1 dated 5th December, 2024 reference to the NIT No. DUHS/DP/2024/300 dated 03th December, 2024 for the procurement of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) 160 KVA for PET CT appeared in the Daily Dawn and The Daily Kawish on 5th December, 2024 The tender bid security submission and bids opening dates have been extended as per following schedule. i. Last Date for submission 23-12-2024 upto 11:30 am ii. Bid Opening date and Time 23-12-2024at 12:00 Noon All other terms and conditions of the tender shall remain unchanged. Procuring Agency is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading B.Ds from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010 Procuring Agency (P.A) is required to rectify the observation generated by the system, The Procuring Agency is required to pay web- hosting charges The procuring agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Circular No.SO (C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/6 dated 20th April, 2017.
