Preliminary Assessment / Observations / Findings: EPADS-S-250603025 Dawood University of Engineering & Technology Karachi PROCUREMENT OF STATIONARY & TONERS (PRINTER AND PHOTOCPIER MACHINE TONERS) FOR EXAMINATION DEPTT Procuring Agency has not uploaded Annual Procurement Plan as per Rule-11 of the SPPRA Rules, 2010, the same may be uploaded, prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency has uploaded unsigned copy of bidding documents. P.A. is advised to upload signed copy of bidding document by head of Procuring Agency as per Rule-24(2). Procuring Agency has not uploaded notification of Procurement committee and Complaint Redressal Committee as per Rule-7 & 31 of the SPPRA Rules, 2010 the same may be uploaded as per Rule, 2010, prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency (PA) is advised to rectify the infirmities generated by system. Procuring Agency is required to pay web-hosting charges. Procuring Agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner.
