However, in accordance with Rule-37(1) of SPP Rules as amended vide notification dated 25.08.2025, the bid security shall be a fixed amount which shall not exceed 5% of the estimated value of procurement. P.A is required to rectify the same. ii. The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/ bidder/ contractor is not blacklisted or debarred. iii. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges.
