Procuring Agency is required to upload copy of Annual Procurement Plan on E-PADs and extend the response time accordingly……..……… 2. The Procuring agency has not upload Notification of Procurement Committee on E-PADs. Procuring Agency is required to upload Notification of Procurement Committee in terms of Rule-7 of SPP Rules, 2010…………… 3. Procuring agency has not upload Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee on E-PADs. Procuring Agency is required to upload Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee in terms of Rule-31 of SPP Rules, 2010……….. 4. Procuring Agency has mentioned bid validity period 120 days in bidding documents in case estimated cost of the work is above the limit of US$10 Millions. Accordingly, Procuring Agency has required to compliance of Rule-17(6) of the SPP Rules, 2010. 5. The Procuring Agency is required to upload newspaper clippings of another Corrigendum issued by him regarding bid security, same attached with bidding documents. 6. Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that the firm has not been blacklisted by any public & Private orgnization. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition…… 7. The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred………… 8. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner………. 9. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges……… It may be noted that it is the sole responsibility of procuring agency to make all the public procurements by observing the SPP Rules, 2010, regulations, instruction/ orders and procedure in letter and spirit.
