Preliminary Assessment / Observations / Findings: EPADS-S-250582413 Sindh Safe Cities Authority Procurement of Plant & Machinery for Sindh Safe Cities Authority, Government of Sindh for Current Financial Year 2024-25 PA is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT published in widely circulated at least three leading daily of Urdu and Sindhi language in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010, prior to opening of bids PA has not uploaded a copy of Complaint Redressal Committee as per Rule-31 of the SPPRA Rules, 2010, the same may be uploaded prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency has uploaded unsigned copy of bidding documents. P.A. is advised to upload signed copy of bidding document by head of Procuring Agency as per Rule-24(2). The Procuring Agency (PA) is advised to rectify the infirmities generated by system. Procuring Agency is required to pay web-hosting charges. Procuring Agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV) SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2017. Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner.
