Violation Notes
1) Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that firm should never been blacklisted by the Government Department. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition
2) Rs.10,000/- has been asked in account of Tender Fee. In terms of Rule-20(2), the Procuring Agency is required to ensue that fee charged for bidding document shall not exceed the cost of preparation and printing of the documents. Justification / rectification is required.
3) P.A has Asked bid security in the specific instruments which is against the Rule-37 of SPP Rules
