As Per Preliminary Assessments EPADS-S-250491997 Procurement of Lab Equipment for Sindh Laboratory Strengthening Program (SLSP) Department Name: Dawwod University of Engineering & Technology Karachi Procuring Agency is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading B.Ds from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010. Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. The letter may be downloaded from the website (http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf). It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
