Procuring Agency has uploaded unsigned copy of bidding documents. P.A. is advised to upload signed copy of bidding document by head of Procuring Agency as per Rule-24(2). The Procuring Agency is required to pay web hosting charges. The procuring agency is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Circular No.SO (C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/6 dated 20th April, 2017. Procuring Agency (P.A) is required to rectify the observation generated by the system.
