Procuring Agency has not uploaded the following documents in connection with their NIT published on 18-02-2025 on EPADS:-
Procuring Agency has uploaded un-signed two Annual Procurement Plans (i) is for two schemes i.e Desktop & laser Jet Printer and other is for LED 22’Wide Screen. PA is advised to clarify the position, prior to opening of bids as per Rule-11 of SPPRA Rules, 2010
Procurement Committee Notification as per Rule-7&8 of SPPRA Rules, 2010.
Procuring Agency has mentioned that Bank Statement of firm for last 3 years with closing balance of last month. The amount of statement is not mentioned clarification is required prior to opening of bids.
