As Per Preliminary Assessment EPADS-S-250261449 Department Name: Board of Intermediate Education Karachi Procurement of Enrolment, Examination, Certification System software Support with Integration & Development of Other Modules The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Annual Procurement Plan on EPADS. P.A has advised to upload a singed copy of Annual Procurement Plan under Rule- 11 of SPP Rule 2010. Prior to opening of bids. P.A has uploaded English & Sindhi newspaper. P.A has advised to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published at least in a dailies of Urdu language newspaper in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010, prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that firm is not blacklisted. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition. Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. The letter may be downloaded from the website (http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf). It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
