As Per Preliminary Assessment (EPADS-S-250161334) The Procuring Agency has not uploaded notification of Procurement Committee on EPAD. P.A has advised to upload Procurement committee which is required in terms of Rule-7 of SPP Rules-2010. Prior to opening of bids. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded (CRC) Complaint Redressal Committee on EPAD. P.A has advised to upload Complaint Redressal Committee which is required in terms of Rule-31 of SPP Rule-2010. Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. The letter may be downloaded from the website (http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf). It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
