The Procuring Agency has mentioned in Annual Procurement Plan that completion date March 2025 whereas the April 2025 is also going to its end, clarification is required prior to opening of bids. Procuring Agency has mentioned that “undertaking on Judicial stamp paper that the firm has never been black-listed from any executing agency be rephrased as “the contractors / companies / firms is not currently on the list of blacklisted suppliers by any government/donor agency “. P.A is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading B.Ds from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010. PA has not uploaded the Integrity Pact as per Rule-89 of SPPRA Rules, 2010, the same may be uploaded prior to opening The Procuring Agency (PA) is advised to rectify the infirmities generated by system. PA is required to pay web-hosting charges. PA is advised to constitute procurement committees and complaint redressal committees comprising the officers / officials who have completed procurement certification course in terms of Government of Sindh Circular No. SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-13/16 dated 20th April,2014. The Procuring Agency is required to rectify/justify the above in timely manner
