As Per Preliminary Assessments EPADS-S-250452263 Procurement & Installation of IT Hardware & Machinery Equipment’s for IG Treasuries Office. Department Name: Inspector General of Treasuries, Finance Department. Original purchase receipt has been asked as mandatory requirement for evaluation. Justification is required that if a bidder submit his bid by downloading the bidding documents from SPPRA website as mentioned at Rule-24(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 then how he provide original purchase receipt. Procuring Agency is required to upload signed copy of bidding documents, enabling bidders to submit their bids by downloading B.Ds from SPPRA website in terms of Rule-24(2) of the SPP Rules, 2010 Procuring Agency is required to pay NIT Hosting Charges in accordance with this Authority’s letter dated 18.05.2018 in favour of Director (A&F), SPPRA through crossed cheque / Pay Order / Demand Draft. The letter may be downloaded from the website (http://www.pprasindh.gov.pk/policies/Policy18May2018.pdf). It is the responsibility of Procuring Agency (PA) to strictly observe the SPP Rules, 2010 in letter and spirit. Violation of any SPP Rule/Act/Instruction will tantamount to mis procurement.
