(2) As per Rule-22, of SPPRA Rules 2010, is stipulated that of Provided that the advertisement of such extension in time shall be made in a manner similar to the original advertisement. but in the instant Case P.A has uploaded the Corrigendum whereas; Corrigendum is not signed. And P.A has not uploaded the published copies of corrigendum on EPADS. Recrification is required. (3) Bidding documents are not signed, P.A is required to Upload signed bidding documents . (4) PProcuring Agency has not upload a copy of procurement plan, which is required to be uploaded as per Rule-11(3) of the SPP Rules, 2010.
