i. The Procuring Agency has not uploaded Annual Procurement as required under of Rule-11 of SPP Rules 2010. PA is required uploaded APP. ii. The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in widely circulated three leading daily/ies of English, Urdu & Sindhi language(s) in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 prior to opening of bids. iii. The procuring agency has not upload copy of Notification of Procurement Committee (PC) as per Rule-7 and Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee (CRC) in terms of Rule-31. PA is required to uploaded copy of notification of procurement committee and complaint redressal committee. iv.
