(1) In terms of para 2.16 (iv) of the guideline of SPPRA for procurement of works circulated vide SPPRA Notification No. DD(HRF&CB)/ SPPRA/22-23/0942 dated 10th April, 2023; according to which relevant experience of similar nature of works ( at least one work of 80% of the estimated cost OR two works of 50% of the estimated cost) executed during the last five years, in the instant case P. A has not required relevant experience the time period or the experience of how many years. Rectification is required. (2) The Procuring agency has not Uploaded the CRC and the P,.C Notification which is the violation of Rule-7 & Rule-31 of SPP Rules, PA is required to prior to opening of bids. (3) The Procuring Agency is required to upload newspaper clippings of the NIT published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu, and Sindhi languages. (4) P.A has not attached the BOQ are in the Bidding documents.
