i. The Procuring agency is required to upload newspaper clipping of NIT Published in at least three widely circulated leading dailies of English, Urdu and Sindhi languages in terms of Rule-17(2) of SPP Rules, 2010, prior to opening of bids. ii. Asking Bid Security in the shape of specific instrument, which is against the provision of Rule-37 of SPP Rules (read with policy instructions of SPPRA circulated vide letter No: (MD/SPPRA/2025-26 dated 11.05.2026) according to which; P.A has to specify all permissible forms of bid security and bidder(s) have their discretion to submit their bid security in any one of form as prescribe in Rule-37(2) of SPP Rules, 2010. iii. Procuring Agency has uploaded Notification of Complaint Redressal Committee for the year 2024-2025 which has expired on 30th June. P.A. is required to notify new Complaint Redressal Committee for the Current Financial Year terms of Rule-31 of SPP Rules, 2010. iv. The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA (https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/ contractor is not blacklisted or debarred.
