Whereas, “The Procuring Agency shall require the bidders to furnish a fixed amount of bid security not exceeding five percent of the estimated value of procurement determined by the procuring agency” as required under amendment in SPP Rules, 2010 vide SGA&CD Notification No. SORI (SGA&CD)2-30/2010(5-13/P-II) dated 25.10.2025. Procuring agency is required to rectify the infirmity…………. 3. Required quantities of items are not mentioned in schedule of requirement for “Medicnes & its Allied Items and Other Misc Item” in the instant case tentative quantities are required to be mentioned in schedule of requirement. Rectification is required…….. 4. Tender purchase receipt has been asked as mandatory requirement for evaluation. Justification is required that if a bidder submit his bid by downloading the bidding documents from E-PAD website as mentioned at Rule-24(2) of SPP Rules, 2010 then how he provide purchase receipt…… 5. Bidding documents do not contain the Integrity Pact as required under Rule-89 read with Rule-21(1)(n).……………….. 6. Procuring Agency has asked affidavit that our firm is not blacklisted. P.A may ensure that if a firm was black listed and current status of that firm is De-listed then such firm may be allowed for competition…….. 7. Time of opening mentioned in the NIT and Bid documents is different than schedule entered in E-PADs details. Justification / rectification is required…… 8. The Procuring Agency shall verify from the list of blacklisted firms available on the website of SPPRA(https://pprasindh.gov.pk/blacklistfirms.php) that the firm/bidder/contractor is not blacklisted or debarred………… 9.
